This past weekend I went shopping with my momma at the Rehoboth Beach outlets and had great success finding some new fall items. Fall? Yep I said it, fall is rapidly approaching no matter how much denial you are in. The temperatures won’t be dropping for another few weeks and I won’t be able to wear my new purchases until then, but it never hurts
Remember when all the cool kids had those L.L. Bean monogrammed backpacks in elementary school and you just had to have one, too? Well that’s how little third grade me felt and looking back on it now, the fact that everyone had a personalized backpack doesn’t really make it all that personal, does it? One of my favorite trends for fall 2012 you ask? Oh, that’s an easy one. Peplum! What is peplum you ask? Well it’s that little ruffly thing being added on to everything from skirts to shirts and adds a little volume to the waist area (in a flattering way, of course). Peplum was all over the runways for spring and hasn’t lost its luster yet.
