Happy Sunday! Ok, who’s already shopping for Nairobi Blue pieces online right now? #Guilty If you don’t know what I’m talking about google Lupita Nyong’o’s Oscar gown right meow. It is so stunning. She seriously kills it at every award show. Tonight I have several linky things to share that I’ve been loving lately.
Oscar Gowns: Redbook Magazine did a round up of every best actress Oscar winner and what she wore. The images are so beautiful and so interesting to see the evolution of red carpet style through the decades.
100 Happy Days: My manager found an awesome photo challenge called 100 Happy Days that I just started participating in. Can you be happy for 100 days? The challenge is to upload a photo of something that makes you happy for 100 days in a row onto one of your social media platforms. If you complete the challenge you’ll be rewarded with a 100 page book of all your images you posted (and hopefully be feel more happy). I’ve missed a few days already, but it does make you think and feel grateful for the little things in your life.
Bow & Drape: NYC and Boston-based custom clothing company, Bow & Drape, has a fantastic new collaboration with fashion illustration blogger, Paper Fashion. The collection is a mix of lipstick and floral prints and it’s so chic! Seriously need this dress in my life.
Photography: I recently saw the Lego Movie (which I loved) and photographer, Andrew Whyte, has has taken Legos to the next level of play in his photo series, Legography. I also stumbled upon this adorable Up-themed anniversary shoot done by photographer Cambria Grace.
Spring In Your Step: One of my favorite shoe trends for spring is the d’orsay flat. I’m loving them in metallic, strappy and cutout styles.
