One of my favorite trends for fall 2012 you ask? Oh, that’s an easy one. Peplum! What is peplum you ask? Well it’s that little ruffly thing being added on to everything from skirts to shirts and adds a little volume to the waist area (in a flattering way, of course). Peplum was all over the runways for spring and hasn’t lost its luster yet.
Jumping for Polka Dots
Polka dots are really having a moment this summer. The timeless print is most notably worn by the lovely Minnie Mouse, but it’s been luxuriously upgraded with the recent collaboration of Louis Vuitton and avant-garde artist Yayoi Kusama. The collection, which dropped earlier in July, includes ready-to-wear, accessories, watches and leather goods with lots and lots of spots. I haven’t worn anything with polka dots
