Hey there! So I did a little post-vacation shopping when I got back to the mainland. Somehow I had leftover bill$? Anyway, I scored big time in the Urban Outfitter’s sale room aka one of my favorite places to shop. I found this neon green BDG tank for $5 and the shorts are from Sparkle & Fade for $10(!!). I also got the heart shaped aviators from UO because I was having the “I feel richer for finding such good deals” effect before checkout. Needless to say I made off like a bandit.

I love pairing neons with neutrals, it’s such a great way to make a statement without being too over-the-top. I purposely kept this outfit subtle so I could show off my tootsies in my Jordan Wild Pair courtesy of Bakers Shoes. These kicks really are wild. I felt like Karlie Kloss when I put them on! The wedges are actually really comfortable and add a nice statement to my overall look. They’re the perfect summer wedge to wear out for happy hour or a night on the town. I recommend wearing them with solids or one simple piece such as a LWD (little white dress).

As for jewels/accessories, I’d say you could go either way depending on how much of a statement you want to make. Again, I went pretty simple with my drop earrings and gray Sienna Ray bag. But if you’re feeling daring I’d say a beaded necklace or a few bangles that complements the shoes would be a great look, too! As for makeup, I kept my eyes simple with a little bit of liner and mascara. I decided to do a playful lip since I had my hair off my face. I used Revlon Just Bitten Kissable in Lovesick. I AM OBSESSED WITH IT. By far the best lip stain/balm combo on the block right now.
