Fall is finally in full swing in Boston and, surprisingly, I’ve been enjoying the crisp air and routine of bundling up before I leave my apartment. I’m constantly trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to the typical act of layering. For this look, I decided to focus on layering accessories instead of my clothing. I have a ton of hats that I’ve worn over the years, but I was starting to get pretty tired of them. In an effort to be thirfty avoid buying a brand new hat, I decided to dress up my winter hat by layering it with a beautiful beaded headband from Set & Style.
You may remember Set & Style from my previous post with them back in the spring. This headband is made by a brand called Headbands of Hope. Headbands of Hope is a movement to spread hope in all girls and fight in the battle against childhood cancer, one headband at a time. The headbands are proudly made in Bismarck, ND. For every headband purchased, one headband will go to a girl with cancer and $1 will be donated to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to fund life-saving childhood cancer research.
