Happy Wednesday! How’s everyone’s hump day going? Hope you’re staying cool! I’d like you to meet my new favorite addition to my closet: the palm tree pants! I’m going on a family vacation to Hilton Head Island in a few weeks and I’ve begun dreaming up my “resort” wear for it. Palm trees are one of my favorite symbols of summer and they make the perfect print. I saw this pair on a fellow blog friend Abby from The Fabulous Life of a Natural Disaster at a happy hour a few weeks ago and I had to pick up a pair for myself!
They are so comfy and I wish it wasn’t 9,000 degrees so I could wear them more often. I’ll definitely be using these as a cover up on the beach! Another item that’s at the top of my packing list is a chic straw hat. I’m all about practicing safe sun and this hat is perfect for keeping my scalp and face covered. I don’t wear hats very often but I find wearing my hair in a braid to be the most comfortable way to keep my hair out of my face and off my neck. Lately, I’ve been obsessing over fancy hair ties and this one from Chloe + Isabel is so cute and it doubles as a bracelet. Gotta love a multi-tasking accessory!
