After reading multiple reviews on the Menswear shows for Spring 2012, I have come to the realization that male makeup holds no boundaries. Designers such as Band of Outsiders and Ehud Johnson showed their looks with an unexpected twist… lipstick! So we can now add that to the list of other manly beauty products like “guyliner” and male polish. I personally found this trend to be hilariously weird and have a feeling that this could take awhile to catch on, even for the super trendy male hipsters of the world. But who knows, maybe one day we’ll be swapping lip shades with our guys friends? (Let’s hope not.)
