Happy Saturday! I know I haven’t done a Site Seeing post in a looooong time, but I’m excited to be bringing it back! I couldn’t be more excited to tell you guys about a fantastic company called eShakti. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to wear couture? Sorry, that was a silly question we all know that answer! Well, eShakti can bring you pretty close to that feeling. If you haven’t heard of the fashion ecommerce site, it specializes in custom women’s clothing. Talk about taking the size guessing out of online shopping! They offer custom sizing, necklines, hemlines, sleeves and regular women’s sizes 0-36.
Many of their styles are inspired by vintage silhouettes from the 50’s and 60’s. I chose to go with this adorable tiered poplin skirt in black. It was super easy to order I simply put in my measurements and picked a shorter hemline and viola, in less than two weeks I had my first custom made garment ever. It fit perfectly, of course, and the construction was flawless. Needless to say, eShakti is perfect for all shapes and sizes. See for yourself on their blogger Pinterest page!
