It’s the most wonderful time of they year: UD Homecoming! It’s been a long 5 months since graduation and I can’t wait to reunite with all of college friends over a cup of low quality beer and bagels from NDB. Of course, no day of Homecoming festivities is complete without the proper blue and gold attire. I’m not a huge fan of clothing with labels on them so I’ll most likely be doing some color blocking action like today’s outfit. But who knows, I’ve got a Delaware sweatshirt from 1998 tucked away in my closet so that’s always a possibility!
My number one rule for school spirit is that anything goes. Face paint, knee-high socks and pretty much any other ridiculously obnoxious thing you can find is a go on game day. (That’s not really my style but I fully encourage it among the rest of the population.) If blue wigs and body paint aren’t really your thing, I created a few outfits at the bottom of this post to give you some Delaware outfit inspiration. Most of the items are either from the UD Bookstore or stores in the Christiana Mall in case you need to make a last minute shopping trip! You can thank me later
